To clear the confusion, here is all you have to know about the 70 mark rule for driver’s licence in Nepal. Starting from February 14, Bagmati Province has also implemented the 70-Point System for Driving License Trials; a system already in place in Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
