Suzuki Avenis 125 Launched

Suzuki’s flagship scooter the Suzuki Avenis 125 is set to be launched into the Nepali market. The launch event is set to take place at the Hyatt Place, on the 22nd of August, Monday. The authorized distributor of Suzuki for the Nepali territory has organized this launch event for Avenis 125. The Suzuki Avenis 125 is the third scooter of the Suzuki scooter line up after Burgman 125 and Access 125. Continuing the line of scooters in the 125cc segment, Avenis 125 is ready to hit the roads of the valley.
The Avenis 125 is available in three different variants that is pretty new to the Suzuki’s scooter line up and they are the standard edition, ride connect editions and the race edition. The Suzuki Avenis 125 heavily resembles sporty styling, in almost every element of the scooter, for the youthful look. The front of the scooter is covered by a super bright LED headlamp for enhanced visibility and is a compact design with highly illuminated LED lights. These new designs complement the premium and sporty looks of the scooter, added the motorcycle inspired indicators that further complement the sporty style. The scooter is equipped with Suzuki Ride Connect, which simply connects one’s smartphone to the scooter via bluetooth connectivity. This is showcased onto the digital console of the scooter that shows features such as missed call alert, speed exceeding alert, phone battery level display, turn-by-turn navigation, ETA updates and more.
Suzuki Avenis 125’s engine is a 125cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC engine, mated to a CVT transmission that generates a power of 9.2 hp at 6750 rpm and a torque of 10 Nm at 5500 rpm. The scooter supports both kick and electric start with a easy suzuki system engine kill and start switch ensuring stress free ignition. With a 5.2 liter fuel tank capacity, this scooter claims a massive mileage count of 55 kmpl. Talking about its many storage spaces, its underseat storage is a massive 21.8 L storage and the frontal storage on the left side has a capacity of 1 L to withstand 0.5 kg, place small items and an USB socket is installed inside the box for charging. To make refueling easy, the fuel compartment is placed just behind the seat. Just besides that we can see a split grab rail for that perfect grip. The scooter's tubeless wheels are sporty alloy wheels that give the scooter a smarter, sportier look. The Suzuki Avenis 125 is estimated to be priced between Rs. 2.5 lakh to Rs. 3 lakh.
